§ Mr. William Hamiltonasked the Solicitor-General for Scotland if he will consider a prosecution for fraud in respect of the case of Albert Jewellery of Glenrothes, Fife in relation to the staff pension scheme.
§ The Solicitor-General for ScotlandI have studied this matter. No evidence has so far been presented to me which would justify a prosecution.
