§ Mr. Proctorasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science, if he will publish in the Official Report, or place in the Library, a copy of the memorandum of arrangements between his Department and the Trades Union Congress, setting out the education and training activities eligible for grants from his Department and that of the Department of Employment.
§ Dr. BoysonI have placed in the Library today a copy of the current memorandum of arrangements agreed with the Trades Union Congress for the purposes of Government grants towards expenditure on trade union education and training.
