§ Sir George YoungThe Health Services Bill, now before Parliament, seeks to provide a statutory basis for the joint financing arrangements under which NHS funds can be employed to build or acquire premises for use by local authorities for any locally agreed personal social services scheme, and to support the running costs for a limited period.
