§ Mr. SpeedNo further naval contracts have been placed at Cammel Laird since my answer to a similar question from the hon. Member on 17 June—[Vol. 986, c.470–71.] However, as announced on 9 July, we propose, subject to the negotiation of satisfactory terms, to charter a new 30,000-ton STAT ship modified to the requirements of an RFA, to be built by Cammell Laird.
