§ Mr. StanleyWe are reviewing the operation of the Act and the associated code of guidance to see whether changes may be necessary. In doing so we shall, as my center hon. Friend the Prime Minister has indicated, study carefully the recent judgment in the Court of Appeal. We shall announce our conclusions as soon as we can.
