§ Miss Wrightasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will now publish in the Official Report a table showing the amounts received by each local authority in England and Wales towards (a) capital and (b) current expenditure in specific grant for the urban programme in 1978–79 at outturn prices, together with provisional figures for 1979–80 and 1980–81.
§ Mr. KingIn England alone some 180 authorities receive urban programme grant. The individual distribution to all these authorities for the three years from 339W 1978–79 could be provided only at a disproportionate cost. The urban programme in Wales is the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales.
