§ Mr. HayhoeThe Propellants, Explosives and Rocket Motor Establishment was included in the major review of the functions of the R & D establishments described in the "Statement on the Defence Estimates" (Cmnd. 7826, para 748). The report of the review is now being considered, and consultation with staff interests and others concerned will follow as soon as possible. I am not yet, therefore, in a position to make a statement.
