§ Sir George YoungSeven secure units are under construction in community homes for children and young persons in care. These are in Salford, Liverpool—three homes—Poulton-le-Fylde, Lanes, Newton-le-Willows, Lanes, and Nantwich, Cheshire. The first five are expected to be completed in the autumn and the remainder next summer.
