§ Mr. MayhewThe Government have not conducted a formal investigation into industrial tribunals, which we regard as operating satisfactorily in general. However, certain changes in the tribunals' procedure were proposed in the Government's working paper published on 25 September 1979 and these are incorporated in consolidated procedure regulations which were laid before Parliament on 8 July.
