§ Dr. BoysonOn the latest projection for January 1980, the total population of pupils in maintained nursery, primary and secondary schools in England is expected to have fallen by 3.3 per cent. between 1975 and 1980. The nursery and primary school population is expected to have fallen by 11.3 per cent., whereas the secondary school population is expected to have risen by 7.5 per cent. Information relating to Wales on this matter is the responsibility of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales.
