§ Mr. Michael RobertsI refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my hon. Friend on 12 March 1980.—[Vol. 980, c.608.] The final report of the study is expected to be ready within a few weeks. Publication and consultation with local authorities will be considered when it is received. The estimated cost remains £150,000.
