§ Mr. Alfred Morrisasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will consider giving sufficient financial support to the Royal National Institute for the Deaf 149W to enable the institute to restore its project for deaf-blind young people at Poole-mead, near Bath, to its original scope and purpose.
§ Mr. PrenticeThe RNID has revised its proposals for the project at Poolemead in view of the rapidly escalating costs. The Department is giving a substantial grant towards the provision of specially adapted places for deaf-blind adolescents within the main building.
