§ Mr. StanleyI have received letters from my hon. Friends the Members for Bury St. Edmunds (Mr. Griffiths) and for Eye (Mr. Gummer). My hon. Friend the member for Bury St. Edmunds has asked two parliamentary questions related to this topic, to which I replied on Friday 4 July drawing attention to certain provisions in the Housing Bill now before Parliament and to other relevant statutory provisions.
