§ Mr. Beaumont-Darkasked the Secretary of State for Trade, in view of the growing trade in secondhand Japanese cars imported straight from reconditioning plants in Japan, if he is satisfied with this trade in pre-1977 models; and if he will consider imposing restrictions to make such trade conform to present practice.
