§ Mr. Peter Rees[pursuant to his reply, 3 July 1980, c. 678]: Development land tax is one of the taxes included in the review of capital taxation being carried out by my noble Friend the Minister of State. The Finance Bill now before Parliament contains a number of proposals to improve the operation of the tax.
