§ How frequently their representatives are permitted to visit the British subjects in prison in Angola; and how frequently such visits in fact take place.
§ Lord CARRINGTONPermission to visit is at the discretion of the Angolan authorities. There has been no regular pattern. However, recently permission has been granted more frequently and consular visits have taken place in March, May and June this year.
