§ Mr. ParkinsonThe final round of the UNCTAD negotiations on the common fund took place from 5 to 28 June. I am glad to say that agreement was reached on the text of the treaty to bring the fund into operation. A copy of the treaty will be placed in the Library as soon as the full text is available.
