§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what provisions he intends to make for the care of Miss Stella Maltson recently discharged from Rampton and now in The Lawns, Lincoln, in view of the fact that no local authority and no local health service will accept responsibility for her.
