§ Mr. Wallasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) if he will estimate the revenue from licence fees, import duties and value added tax that the Exchequer would derive from the legalisation of citizens band or open channel radio;
(2) how many illegal citizens band radio sets have been seized by the Customs and Excise so far in the current year, and in the comparable period in 1979.
