§ Mr. David MitchellThe towns of Morpeth, Ashington, Blyth and Bedlington form part of the Morpeth travel-to-work area. At present I see no change in the relative position of the Morpeth travel-to-work area to warrant reconsideration of the decision on assisted area status taken last summer.
