§ 32. Mr. Nicholas Bakerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will review the obligations of local housing authorities under the Housing (Homeless Persons) Act 1977.
§ Mr. StanleyWe are currently reviewing the Act and the associated code of guidance and are considering whether any changes may be necessary. We will announce our conclusions as soon as we can.
