§ Dr. VaughanA new partnership between the Government and industry for health care exports is being developed. My right hon. Friend has sent industry a report commissioned by the Government from Sir Derek Rayner. The report proposes that industry should play a greater part in extending our health care exports. It recommends that the Government role should be reduced. In future, the British Health Care Export Council will be developed to co-ordinate export activity.
