§ Mr. Harold Walkerasked the Secretary of State for Employment when he proposes to introduce regulations or 647W orders to give effect to the provisions of section 3(3) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
§ Mr. Mayhew[pursuant to his reply, 28 January 1980]: I understand that the Health and Safety Commission has identified some circumstances in which it would be appropriate to make regulations under section 3(3). However, the work is still at an early stage and it will be some time before its proposals are available.
