§ Dr. VaughanI understand that this issue was discussed at the meeting yesterday of the Birmingham health joint consultative committee. At that meeting the city of Birmingham district council, because of the high costs of the scheme, asked that the joint care planning team consider again the extent of the services to be provided from the centre.
