§ Mr. BlakerThe Government have already made clear their repugnance at the denial of basic human rights in the Soviet Union to scientists and others—most recently over the banishment of Dr. Sakharov from Moscow. We are confident that the Government's attitude will be taken into account by the British scientists attending the CSCE scientific forum in Hamburg.
