§ Sir George YoungIt is not envisaged that children or younger adolescents will be admitted to regional secure psychiatric units save in exceptional circumstances. I am informed that no children or adolescents have been identified by the area health authorities in South Yorkshire as suitable for admission to secure units in the Trent region when these are established.
