§ Mrs. Sally OppenheimI have received a number of letters about holiday caravan and chalets owners who face increased charges or other difficulties. I hope that it will be possible to reach agreement on a code of conduct governing arrangements between site owners and holiday caravan owners and that this will provide a fair balance between the interests of caravan owners and site operators.
