§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Prime Minister if, in the light of the Khan incident and the failure of the Netherlands Government to provide an explanation as to why they did not inform Her Majesty's Government of security leaks which they knew had occurred at URENCO, Almelo, Holland, she will consult Chancellor Schmidt about moving the facilities of URENCO to the Federal Republic of Germany or the United Kingdom.
