§ Mr. LuceThere are seven British prisoners in Angola. They were tried and convicted in February 1976 and are serving varying terms of imprisonment. They were in good health when last visited by a British official on 18 July 1979. We have made arrangements for parcels and mail to be forwarded to the men on a regular basis and are continuing to press the Angolan authorities for regular consular access.
