Friend the Member for Loughborough (Mr. Dorrell) on 17 December 1979.—[Vol. 976, c.15.] It is, however, for local education authorities to determine, in the light of the unit's work and of local needs, priorities and resources, what continued level of provision for adult literacy work can be made in their areas.
