§ Dr. BoysonNo. Regulations and published departmental guidance lay down temperature values which are appropriate for different categories of educational premises and the children and staff who use them. The efficient use of fuel and energy within this range of specified temperatures can be best achieved by following the advice contained in my Department's publications on energy conservation.
