§ Mr. Jim LesterI am informed by the Manpower Services Commission that unemployed registered disabled people represented 4.5 per cent. of all unemployed people in November 1979, whilst in November 1969 they represented 12.5 per cent. There are no precise figures available of the number of registered disabled people in work.
