§ Mr. Canavanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) what is his estimate of the total number of people in Scotland on (a) local authority housing waiting lists and (b) local authority housing transfer request lists;
(2) whether he will list, for each district and island council area in Scotland, the number of people on (a) the housing waiting list and (b) the housing transfer request list.
