HC Deb 18 January 1980 vol 976 c874W
Mr. Morgan

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) whether he will now initiate a publicity campaign designed to provide information with regard to means whereby the chances of survival in the event of nuclear attack may generally be improved and, in particular, how the protection of various kinds of houses may be increased;

(2) whether he will now arrange for more information to be disseminated generally about the nation's attack warning system and radiation monitoring organisation.

Mr. Whitelaw

I have the question of publicity for these matters under review.
