§ Mr. RifkindThe report on housing in rural Scotland is already freely available from my Department; a number of rural local authorities and interested agencies have asked for and been given copies. As publication would be expensive my right hon. Friend has no plans to publish it. I am sending a copy to the hon. Member and am placing a copy in the Library of the House.
