Dr. Mawhinney asked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster which of the University of London medical schools have charters which would allow part or all of those medical schools to be closed.
§ Mr. St. John-StevasThere is no specific reference to closure in any of these charters. However, I am advised that it is doubtful whether this has any direct bearing on the question whether or not a particular school could be closed.
