asked Her Majesty's Government:

How many appeals were lodged against notices of intention to deport in 1979; of such appeals disposed of in 1979, how many of those in the categories mentioned in the Answer given on 23rd May 1979 were dismissed, withdrawn, allowed, and "no jurisdiction", and how many were still pending on 31st December 1979.
