§ Mr. WigginIn accordance with its view that tea is a suitable commodity for an international commodity agreement, the Government are giving careful consideration to proposals put forward by producer countries at the UNCTAD preparatory meeting last month. Further meetings under UNCTAD auspices will be held later this year to discuss possible arrangements for an agreement.
