Mr. Kilroy-Silk

asked the Attorney-General if he will list all the changes recommended by the Supreme Court Rule Committee in the last year and indicate those which he intends to implement, and by what means.

The Attorney-General

The changes made by the Supreme Court Rule Committee in 1979 are contained in statutory instruments numbered 35, 522, 1542, 1716 and 1725 respectively, all of which have been duly laid before Parliament.
