§ Mr. Onslowasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will use his powers to call in the planning application made by the Surrey county council to Woking borough council in respect of Loop Road playing fields, Westfield, Woking, which involves a substantial departure from the provisions of the development plan for this area, so that the matter may be determined by a public inquiry.
§ Mr. FoxI understand that the Woking borough council has now refused permission for the development sought in this application.
