§ Mr. Kaufmanasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will state how many new local authority dwellings were (a) started and (b) completed in the Greater London Council area by both the Greater London Council and the London boroughs for each of the years between and including 1970 and 1979; and if he will give the total on the housing waiting lists of these authorities for the latest available date.
