§ Mr. EyreThe Whitford committee to consider the law on copyright and designs, which reported in 1977, made a great many recommendations for legislative changes covering all aspects of this very complex area of law. The Government are studying these recommendations in the light of the many comments they have received on the report, with a view to putting forward some proposals for public discussion in due course.
