asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will update tables 12.8 and 12.9 of the, Supplementary Benefits Commission annual report 1978.

As indicated in my right hon. Friend's reply to the hon. Member for Walsall, North (Mr. Winnick) on 13 November 1979—[Vol. 973, c.565–66]—no estimates of take-up will be produced for 1978. I regret that we do not expect estimates for 1979 to be available for several months.
