§ Sir George YoungIt is expected the first permanent regional secure unit—as opposed to the interim units already in operation—will be at St. Luke's hospital, Middlesbrough. The regional health authority advises that it expects it to be completed in October 1980 and hopes the first patients will be admitted shortly thereafter.
