§ Mr. McElhoneasked the Lord Privy Seal what steps he is taking to provide ODA staff in Salisbury following the elections in Zimbabwe.
§ Mr. HurdWe intend that, after independence, the First Secretary (Aid) in Salisbury should be an officer on secondment to the Diplomatic Service from the ODA.
