Member for Newham, North-West enclosing a communication from Mr. G. W. C. of Bigger-staff Road, London E.15 showing neglect and maladministration upon the part of his Newcastle office concerning payments of pension due since May 1979; and what action he has taken or proposes to take to resolve the matter.
