§ Sir George YoungMy right hon. Friend would not expect to receive proposals for approval, this being a matter for the West Midlands regional health authority to decide. I understand, however, that the Staffordshire area health authority has submitted two alternative schemes; these are currently being considered by the regional health authority which is well aware of the Government's concern to see interim units provided as quickly as possible.
