§ Mr. TebbitThere is close consulation with shipping industry on the advisability of British ships entering areas where their safety could be at risk. It is for the individual ship owner to decide upon appropriate action, but I am satisfied that this arrangement provides the best form of protection against foreseeable risks that British ships might encounter.
