§ Mr. Dobsonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he is contemplating major changes in the powers and responsibilities of inner London boroughs; and if he will undertake not to introduce any such changes without the agreement of the majority of inner London boroughs.
§ Mr. KingThe proposals put forward by the London borough of Wandsworth and the city of Westminster for the reorganisation of education in inner London are still under examination. No other major changes are under consideration at the present time.
