§ Mr. John MooreThe European Commission's proposal for an EEC energy bus programme, to be established with the help of the Canadian Government, is designed to encourage energy auditing and conservation in industry. The United Kingdom Government's energy conservation programme already includes extensive promotion of energy survey and auditing activities. We are, however, considering taking part in the information exchange to be established under the proposed EEC programme.
